With all but 6 villas now accounted for, Northbrook will see the last of building and construction in May 2012. The available villas for purchase are 59, 60, 62, 81, 84 and 7. These are all single garage options in various locations within the village (refer to site plan) Completion of 81 and 84 will be mid September, villas 59, 60, and 62 prior to Christmas 2011 and villa 7 completed April 2012.

Since our last update we have steadily confirmed sales for new residents at Northbrook Villas. The remaining villas in the complex that have internal access garage are the Blue plan (102m2) and the Grey plan (106m2). We also have 2 smaller 66m2 Red plan options currently under construction; these villas meet the needs of residents not requiring a garage.

With the real estate market in Christchurch now in uncertain times, it has been pleasing to experience the consistent interest shown towards Northbrook villas over the past few months. Sales and demand have steadily increased accommodating many differing needs. Although the earthquake of 22nd Feb has introduced many new residents, the interest from people outside of Canterbury has seen our building team step up their development programme to complete all but the northern boundary villas and the south east corner villas. With the interest shown on our remaining villas, it is likely these will be snapped up before the cooler winter months arrive.

In spite of the cold weather it has been business as usual at Northbrook Villas with continued interest and progress in completing Stage One of the village. With over 30 villas spoken for and 12 villas now occupied, the day to day feel is developing into a pleasant community. We have 4 villa’s completed and available for viewing with 3 villas available for immediate possession and many others available in the near future. The landscaping is now taking shape with lawns well established around the completed villas and gardens are starting to grow.
Another unique water feature has been installed in front of Villa16.

Stage one will have 32 villas completed over the coming months with 16 already sold / on hold and 18 either completed or under construction.
With this demand Jed & Mark (The developers) have re-worked the later stages of the complex to include a further 8 double garage options.
JAN 2010.
With the commencement of stage one now well underway, visitors can view 4 completed show homes and easily see how the village is taking shape.
Stage one will have 30 villas completed over the coming months with 8 already sold and 18 either completed or under construction. Our first resident Mrs Betty Brown moved in prior to Christmas and being an avid gardener is taking to the task of completing her gardens and landscaping.
Roading for stage one was completed in December with kerbing and parking defining access and villa boundaries.
